​Southern Gap Outdoor Adventure's ATV Scavenger Hunt

Rev up your engines for an exciting adventure on the trails! Follow the clues, track down hidden eggs, and solve the final puzzle for a chance to win 50% of the total registration fees.

How It Works:

• Registration: Open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Visitor Center. Late sign-ups are allowed, but the event will run on schedule.
• Start Time: The hunt begins at 10:00 AM when participants receive their first clue at the Visitor Center.
• The Hunt: Each clue will lead you to a hidden egg at a different location, where you'll find another clue guiding you to the next stop.
• The Final Stop: Once you've completed the hunt, return to the Visitor Center to solve the final puzzle.
• Winner Announcement: 4:00 PM at the Visitor Center. The winner takes home 50% of the total registration fees!

Grab a bite to eat from Jamie’s Tasty Delights and Just Poppin, our featured food vendors for the event! 

Requirements:

• A helmet and valid Spearhead Trails permit are required to participate.
• Late sign-ups must ensure they have enough time to complete the hunt before it ends.

SAFETY AND SPORTSMANSHIP:
Southern Gap Outdoor Adventure is a family oriented environment. The safety and well-being of our visitors and guests is our top priority. To ensure that our event is a success and fun is had by all, please adhere to the following ATV Scavenger Egg Hunt event guidelines:

1. DO carry a cell phone with you to call for help if an emergency occurs. If needed, call the SGOA office at (276) 244-1111. You can also call this number if your machine becomes disabled and you need assistance.
2. DO be respectful to your fellow riders. Keep in mind that different levels of riding experience will be on the trail.
3. DO refrain from using foul or offensive language or vulgar or obscene gestures. Be respectful.
4. DO carry a trash bag and secure it in your machine. Bring all trash back to the registration location and dispose of it after the event.
5. DO take only one letter card from each egg. Egg locations may be monitored by Spearhead Trails personnel, SGOA personnel and video surveillance. Anyone caught stealing eggs, moving eggs, or taking multiple letter cards from each egg will be disqualified.
6. DO allow enough time to get back to the registration location before the 3:45 PM cut off time.
7. DO stay safe, and have a great time!
